We have a strict policy of booking time slots. Please book enough time.

Minimum cancelling notice:
4 weeks for a full refund.

Minimum rescheduling notice:
4 weeks for full amount to be carried over.

Booking times are from the time you can enter the room until the time you must vacate.

All bookings must include enough time for setup, take down and socialising.

Bigger events need more time to setup & for socialising. Plan accordingly.

Extra time is charged by 30min in case original booking is overstayed.
